Edwards group graduate student Mostafa “Mosi” Mahmoudi wins first place in 3MT

Graduate student Mosi’s hard work paid off, winning 1st prize in the University of Arkansas 3 minute thesis (3MT) competition. His presentation on electrochemistry for eco-friendly concrete production (A collaboration with Dr. Matthew Glasscott at ERDC), clearly communicated his high quality science to general audience. He won $1,000 and atrip to Greenville, South Carolina, to compete in the regional competition. Here is the link to the news.
