Eugene Gyasi Agyemang Awarded Travel Grant to Present Research in Kigali, Rwanda

Eugene Gyasi Agyemang has been awarded a travel grant to participate in the 12th International Conference of the African Materials Research Society (AMRS2024) in Kigali, Rwanda, courtesy of the Joint US-Africa Materials Institute (JUAMI) program.

The JUAMI program – jointly funded by the US National Science Foundation, the Global Initiatives Program of Northwestern University’s McCormick College of Engineering, and the International Center for Theoretical Physics in Trieste, Italy – aims to build collaborations in materials research between Africa and the United States, as well as other countries.
